Grow Your Relationship with God Through Spiritual Disciplines

Spiritual Disciplines: The Sabbath is a single-session class designed to help participants explore and embrace the gift of Sabbath rest as a way to experience God’s presence more fully in their lives.

In this session, we’ll dive into the biblical foundation of the Sabbath, its role in our spiritual growth, and practical ways to incorporate this discipline into our busy lives. You’ll discover how setting aside intentional time for rest and worship can deepen your hunger for God and renew your spirit.

What to Expect in This Class:

Understanding the purpose and beauty of the Sabbath
Exploring how Sabbath rest honors God and reflects His presence
Practical steps to practice Sabbath in today’s world

This class is the first in a series of Spiritual Disciplines sessions. Future classes will cover additional practices such as prayer, meditation on Scripture, fasting, and more, each designed to help you cultivate a closer relationship with Jesus and live a Spirit-filled life.

This course is only open to BUILD graduates. If you haven’t completed BUILD, you can sign up here.
