SEAT AVAILABILITY

There’s no need to reserve a seat–we’ve got plenty of space! Walk-ins are welcome. No need to RSVP or book a slot. Just make sure to wear a mask properly observe health and safety protocols.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

In line with Quezon City LGU instructions and Crowne Plaza policy for Alert Level 2 (in Metro Manila), fully vaccinated persons 18 years old and above are now allowed inside the hotel. Please make sure to bring a completed vaccination card to enter Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Visitors 17 years old and below are allowed into the venue regardless of vaccination status. A valid ID may be requested upon entry to verify age. For those who can’t make it onsite, don’t worry, our online services will still be available, so you won’t miss out.

HEALTH CHECK

If you’re feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea), or if you are classified as high-risk due to pre-existing health conditions (such as—but not limited to—heart/lung disease or diabetes), we ask that you stay safe at home.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

All ages are now allowed inside the hotel. Due to IATF regulations, those 18 years old and above, must be fully vaccinated. Please make sure to bring a completed vaccination card to enter Crowne Plaza Hotel. For those who cannot make it to our in-person services at Crowne Plaza, our online services will still be available, so you won’t miss out.

COME EARLY

To ensure that you have enough time to go through contact tracing and get settled in, we recommend coming 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled service times so you don’t feel rushed!

We want to create a safe environment for everyone to enjoy church. Church together means keeping the rules, together…we can do this!

Masks and Face Shields

Come with your face masks and please wear them at all times inside Crowne Plaza and inside our church venue. Please do not remove them before, during, or after the service. You can wear them with style, as long as you wear them!

Food and Drinks

Please bring your own water tumbler or bottle if you need to stay hydrated, especially if you’re a Favor volunteer serving in multiple services. Water-refilling stations will be available at the venue, but for safety purposes, glasses and cups will not be provided.

Disinfection

Goodbye, germs! Our venue will be disinfected by the Crowne Plaza hotel sanitation team after every service. You can be sure that when you arrive, you’ll be sitting in a clean seat! For any emergencies or health concerns, we will have a first aid team available at the venue.

Favor Church services are located at the Grand Ballroom on the 4th floor of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria Hotel in Ortigas Avenue corner ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Quezon City.

Getting Here

You may use Waze or Google Maps to get here.

• From ADB Avenue:
The main hotel entrance is located along ADB Avenue, close to the Ortigas Avenue corner. You may choose to be dropped off or to enter from here.

• From Robinsons Galleria:
The Robinsons Galleria entrance to Crowne Plaza is currently unavailable. Please use the main hotel entrance on ADB Avenue.

Follow the directional signs to get to the church (make sure you’re entering Favor Church as there may be other events happening at the same time).

Parking

• For those bringing their own vehicles, parking is located at the basement level of Robinsons Galleria.
• For those bringing scooters, bicycles, or motorcycles, there is a designated parking area located at the basement level of Robinsons Galleria. Mall parking rules will apply.
• There is a flat rate parking fee of Php50 for the whole day
