Here's some info that might help.

  • We want to create a safe environment for everyone to enjoy church. Church together means keeping the rules, together…we can do this!
  • Masks
    • Government mandate and venue policy no longer require that we wear masks, but please feel free to do whatever feels more comfortable and safe for you. We encourage everyone to practice good hygiene, including frequent hand washing.
  • Food and Drinks
    • Please bring your own water tumbler or bottle if you need to stay hydrated, especially if you’re a Favor volunteer serving in multiple services. Water-refilling stations will be available at the venue
  • Emergency Protocols
    • For any emergencies or health concerns, we have staff trained in basic life support and a first aid team available at the venue. If you need assistance, inform a volunteer or staff member immediately. Emergency services will be contacted as necessary. Please ensure you are familiar with the emergency exits upon arrival.
  • Favor Church services are located at the Grand Ballroom on the 4th floor of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria Hotel in Ortigas Avenue corner ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Quezon City. 
  • Getting Here
    • You may use Waze or Google Maps to find your way to our venue. • From ADB Avenue: The main hotel entrance is located along ADB Avenue, close to the Ortigas Avenue corner. You may choose to be dropped off or to enter from here. • From Robinsons Galleria: The Robinsons Galleria entrance to Crowne Plaza is currently unavailable. Please use the main hotel entrance on ADB Avenue. Follow the directional signs to get to the church (make sure you’re entering Favor Church as there may be other events happening at the same time).
  • Parking
    • For those bringing their own vehicles, parking is located at the basement level of Robinsons Galleria.
    • For those bringing scooters, bicycles, or motorcycles, there is a designated parking area located at the basement level of Robinsons Galleria.
    • Mall parking rules will apply. There is a flat rate parking fee of ₱50 on weekends.
  • If you’re a parent, we have an amazing kids program during all our services for kids from the age of 1 to grade 6. We teach our kids about Jesus, and we believe our kids can experience the presence and power of God no matter what age! Doors opens for kids church 15 minutes before every service.   • At Favor Church, we want to honor God with our finances by giving him what is his. We do that by bringing the tithe and our offerings into his house, the church. To know more about how to give, visit give.favor.church/mnl.

Our Info Center at our venue’s foyer is a one-stop destination for all your questions. You can also leave your name and number and any concern or question you have and someone from our team can get back to you within the day.
