Leadership is about influencing people—but it doesn’t always come with a job title. The kind of leadership that makes an impact reflects the values of God’s kingdom.
At Favor Church, our heart is to develop and raise up leaders that love God and are passionate about making him famous. But we also want to grow leaders with strong convictions who can make wise decisions—and this happens when we have an understanding of why we do what we do.
Our two-day Leadership DNA online course covers what we believe theologically as a church, the lifestyle convictions that we need to have as leaders, and what it looks like to grow as a leader at Favor Church. It also covers topics such as:
- how to be a team player
- how to take responsibility of one’s own growth
- how to communicate well
- how to raise a leader
- and more
*This course is open to everyone but it is required for all those who are currently leading or who would like to step into a leadership role at Favor Church in the future.
